Just a few short years ago we had started a very large renovation working alongside Marant Construction, we are now happy to announce that it has officially been completed! This renovation consisted of approximately 315,000 sq/ft! Throughout the various phases 6 washrooms per floor, updated touch free fixtures throughout, added new HVAC distribution ducting, upgraded current HVAC and plumbing and finally upgrades to existing AHUs including new motors and VFD's to help with Manulife's green initiatives!
